The communication from the staff was awful. We arrived without any clear instructions on how to enter the property, which left us confused and standing outside for quite some time. The location was very nice. We could see the Vatican wall from our window. The staff was attentive, always providing restaurant recommendations and even arranging our airport transfer. The cute amenities, including rosè champagne and sweets.
